A picture is worth a thousand words. This is my biggest cast iron skillet, about 14" in diameter. You can see it covers the entire stove burner. That is ONE farm fresh egg in the pan. The eggs I got from my country friend are huge. This was my lunch today. One egg on a toasted bun with a slice of cheese. Yum!
