I hope everyone had a beautiful Easter Sunday today! We had a nice dinner with the kids on Saturday. Here's what was on the menu:
Ham
Cornish Hens
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
Green Bean Casserole
Pea Casserole
Stuffing
Rolls
Salad
Deviled Eggs
I put the Cornish Hens on the rotisserie and made them outside on the gas grill.
