Wednesday

We have some cold cold temps again. Tonight, on my 8 mile drive home from work, it snowed, it sleeted, and there was freezing rain. Lovely.

I didn't cook tonight. Nick and Ev are having Subway sandwiches. I had a can of soup, a salad, and leftover lasagna. It was a good dinner for me and the guys are getting what they want.

I stayed on my points today and I also did 24 minutes on the treadmill. My short term goal is to get to 30 minutes and stay there for a while. Then I will up the intensity level.

Nothing quilt or block related today to post. I need to pick out a nice fabric for the sun in the partial trees and sun block.
