A passion for purple

So I'm working on a quilt with purple fabrics for the nursing homes.  I left the fabrics laying out on the table upstairs, along with the blocks I had already made.  When I went upstairs today after work, here's what I found:

Remember when the two little boys are opening presents on 'A Christmas Story' and the younger one keeps picking up packages and saying 'It's mine!'?  It's like that when Johanna sees a quilt I'm working on.  "Mom, who is that for?  Is it for me?"

She cracks me up.

I put together some stuffed peppers and put them in the crock pot tonight.  That will be dinner tomorrow.  I also grilled some burgers and made some fries.
