Check out these two cute rubber ducks. One has an orange bill and the other has a blue bill. I bought them in Paducah to help support Merryman House Crisis Shelter. They have a rubber duck derby every year during the Quilt Show that I like to participate in, also. It's a good cause.
Anyway, it has been raining for days here, and when I looked at these cute little duckies I thought of that cute rhyme from years ago.
I have a couple ideas for my next quilt. One of them is a pattern that needs a consistent background. Looking at that picture above, I'm wondering if that second bolt of material would look good if I used scrappy Christmas fabrics for the rest of it. Just thinking aloud...
