Sashing and cornerstones

I had some sewing time today and put some of the sashing strips on the pinwheel blocks.  Started on the cornerstones, too.  I went with a very pale pink color for the cornerstones instead of white.

Waited up for Ev to get home from work tonight.  There are so many stars out tonight.  It's a beautiful night to sit outside on the deck.
