Second pinwheel

Here's the first block of the second pinwheel quilt from Nickel Quilts.  I'm using all scraps so that pink is not the most perfect material but I think it works alright.  I cut strips and sewed about half of the blocks to strips tonight. 

It is past ten p.m. and the air outside is still hot and humid and not moving at all.  Yuck.  I was in the pool tonight after work.  That was nice.

Sure am glad tomorrow is Friday.
