I'm ready to start the next four patch strip quilt. These purple fabrics really are pretty, not like the picture. The picture makes them look muddy, but they really aren't.
The fabric on the left is an odd size piece, long and narrow. I can get most of what I need cut from it, but there just isn't quite enough. So I picked out the one on the right to make up the difference. I think it will work out just fine.

Had a real nice weekend. Ev grilled ribs yesterday and the kids were over for dinner. It was a good day.
