It took 20 minutes to hide the rest of the thread tails in the quilt I'm quilting now. I am ready to begin more quilting on it, this time without the tedious work of hiding thread tails. I'm overlapping or backstitching the rest.
Still running the vaporizer and all that good stuff. The nasal spray is just saline, so no worries about using it. Last night I slept like a rock. Went to bed at 8:30 and didn't get up until 6:30. I think that really helped.
