I have some pumpkin bread in the oven and it's almost 10 p.m.! I found a recipe for baking bread in a jar (The link was from Jo's Country Junction blog - she actually linked to someone elses blog for it). It looks like a real versatile recipe so I scrounged up enough jars and am giving it a try! I hope it turns out because my baking powder was way out of date.
Uncle Ray wanted to go out to eat tonight so we went to a local diner and had the special. Was pretty good. He donated most of the jars for the bread, with the promise that he would be getting a sample of the goodies! :) No problem there!
