I'm confident that these two together will create a fast loading system for my quilts on the longarm. Now all I need to do is sew the channels in the leaders. I'm so excited!

I'm confident that these two together will create a fast loading system for my quilts on the longarm. Now all I need to do is sew the channels in the leaders. I'm so excited!

One thing I did is sew an extra piece of striped fabric on to the canvas leaders and made the channel out of that. The stripe gave me something to gauge where I was clamping the fabric too and it is a whole lot easier to clamp to thinner fabric than the heavy canvas.
