Dinner yesterday was a great big pot of vegetable beef soup (just veggie for Nick!) and some of the evil biscuits. This time I put them in large muffin tins and they came out wonderfully! I only have one large muffin tin and it only has 6 spots, so there was enough batter for 2 more, which I put in wide mouth mason jars. Ideally I should have used half pint sized, but all I could find at the time were pints. Those two rogue biscuits were pretty good, too! Not quite as browned, but that was okay.
