I have really become a wimp. This cold weather has me quite zapped of energy. I did take a walk today at work on my break. It felt good to get out for a few minutes. While we were walking, we saw an opossum in one of the fields. He was walking like the snow was just too cold on his feet, it was funny to watch. I've never seen an opossum out in the daylight like that and I wonder if it was sick. It wasn't very big, so maybe it was just young and stupid! haha.
Made Ev a couple of chicken bacon ranch sandwiches for dinner. Nick was at school late and I had a frozen chicken and pasta dinner with salad and cooked carrots. Trying real hard to get back on my diet. Gotta do it!
